    The 5% cash back categories include the following: fast food; TV, internet and streaming services; cellphone providers; home utilities; department stores; electronic stores; sporting goods stores; movie theaters; gyms and fitness centers; furniture stores; ground transportation and select clothing stores.

    For the 2% category, you can choose one of the following categories: grocery stores, gas stations and EV charging stations or restaurants. And there is no spending cap on the 2% earning categories.

    Plus, cardmembers can also earn 5% cash back for every $1 in eligible net purchases spent on prepaid air, car and hotel reservations made in the Rewards Travel Center using your card.

  • Cap on the higher earning rate

    With the U.S. Bank Cash+® Visa Signature® Card, you can only earn the highest cash back rate on the two categories of your choice on the first $2,000 in combined purchases each quarter.

    Also know, you must select which two categories will earn the 5% rate each calendar quarter. Otherwise, those categories will only earn 1% cash back.

  • Balance transfer fee

    If you transfer a balance to the U.S. Bank Cash+® Visa Signature® Card, you will be subject to a balance transfer fee of Either 3% of the amount of each transfer or $5 minimum, whichever is greater of the amount of each transfer.

    For example, if you transfer $10,000, you will be charged $300 in balance transfer fees.

  • Foreign transaction fees
